The Country House is located in S. Maria di Potenza a place of great archaeological interest since it is close to the ancient Roman town of Potenza whose ruins can still be seen today.

There are many places of interest close to the Country House: Recanati, birthplace of the great poet Giacomo Leopardi and the tenor Beniamino Gigli. Loreto the very important spiritual sanctuary which attracts pilgrims from all over the world. Castelfidardo internationally famous for accordions and mediaeval towns like Osimo and Offagna whose noble buildings and ancient walls tell the tale of a distance past which still lives on today.
